Solicitors in Scarborough

Scarborough is a relatively small resort town in North Yorkshire. The town’s main economic activity is based on tourism, although a surprisingly large share of the local economy is creative industries such as web design.

As the town has won awards for being Britain’s most enterprising town, many solicitors in Scarborough offer legal advice on commercial matters such as company registration, contract law or employment. Because of the creative aspect of some of the industry there is also an occasional need for intellectual property expertise, matters on which some Scarborough solicitors can advise on. There are also a few Scarborough solicitors which offer ‘high street’ legal services, such as probate, immigration, divorce and criminal representation.
