Regardless of the seriousness of the offence, it is advisable to have representation if you are being prosecuted for any criminal offence and you should instruct a lawyer. Manchester also has civil courts, the most commonly used being the county court, located at 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ.
